Terms & Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your registration includes:

For In-person Participants:

  • Access (Entry) to all conference sessions, poster and exhibition area
  • Conference kit including name tag, program booklet and Abstract Book
  • 2 Coffee breaks and Lunch for all the conference days
  • Certificate accreditation from Organizing Committee

For Virtual Participants:

This category allows participants to present at the conference virtually from home or work without attending In person

  • Access to all Presentations
  • E-Abstract Book and Program
  • E-Certificate for Presentation and Participation

Terms & Conditions and Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Before two months (June 08, 2025) will receive a full refund, less a 100USD towards administrative fee. Cancellations received on/before July 08, 2025 will get 50% refund on the registration fee. Cancellations received after close of business September 08, 2025 [before one month of the conference start date are non-refundable.
  • The registrations with discounted prices are transferable but not refundable at any point of time.
  • In this case if the applicant is author, the paper will still be published in the conference proceedings and delegates will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.
  • Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of cancellation notification.

As a User of the UBH Scientific Services, You represent either of the previous.

UBH Scientific Services concept offers arrangement of one-to-one meetings between UBH Scientific Services Customers and Members (“Users”) and Events, that take place either virtually through our Platform or at a physical location. Functionally our Platform allows the Users to access, manage and attend virtual meetings with each other and to attend UBH Scientific Services Events. After successful introductions through one-to-one meetings online, UBH Scientific Services will facilitate communication between Users by sharing their contact information to the attending participants.

We are dedicated to protecting the privacy of our Users attending our events and using our websites and Services, including one-to-one Meetings and/or Events arranged and hosted by UBH Scientific Services virtually through our platforms. We want to ensure that you as a User understand what personal information we process, why we process it, and what rights do you have. These privacy policies outline our data protection practices and how we process your personal data in connection with these Services. We process your contact information as a data controller when you engage with us for contracts, memberships, or services.
